Behaviour of a levee subjected to repeated river level variations and changing weather conditions.

Abstract:

Field measurements of the impact of high water levels and extreme rainfall will improve the understanding of the levee response to environmental perturbations. The results will be compared with those of numerical simulations based on the soil parameters determined in situ and in the laboratory.
